Within 24 hours you receive a sketch preview. If you like the direction, we move to final. If not, we adjust or you walk away.
Completed artwork is delivered within 1 to 2 days, including 2 rounds of revisions to make sure everything is on point.

We can start with a small deposit of $50, enough to reserve time and show commitment. You get a sketch within 24 hours. If you approve it, we finish the rest, and you pay the remaining balance when the final artwork is ready and approved.
We understand that ideas can evolve during the process. That is why we include 2 free rounds of revisions on the final artwork to make sure everything feels right. Additional revisions can be added if needed for $25 per round.
If you are on a tight deadline, a rush option is available and can be selected directly in the cart.
You will receive a high-resolution artwork suitable for all major streaming platforms and digital use. Files are delivered in standard formats JPG and PNG, optimized for professional release and promotion.

Yes. All custom artworks are delivered with full commercial usage rights for music releases, streaming platforms, social media and promotion.
Because each artwork is custom made and time is invested into the creative process, refunds of a deposit are not available once work has started. However, revisions are provided to ensure satisfaction with the final result.
