SELLER NOTE

Once you make the payment you accept these terms so please read carefully.
By making payment on the website you accept and declare that the funds used to make the payment are of legal provenance. You are accepting the purchase of a DIGITAL service, which will be delivered via email and this constitutes for my particular business a valid proof of delivery. Proof that is valid for the parties involved (customer and seller). These services may be, but are not limited to: Digital services, graphic design, logo design, cover artwork, etc.

COPYRIGHT
The client agrees that they own copyright to the pictures they provide to the designer. The designer will always use copyright free pictures or pictures from premium stocks they paid for.
Both parties agree to protect all the above personal information, as well as information they might exchange, confidential.

REFUNDS
If the client is unsatisfied with the final product, even after the free revisions, a refund of 50% of the total price can be offered under the condition that the client won't recieve the final product and the designer will be able to resell or repurpose it. The deposit (50% of the total price) is ALWAYS non refundable, thank you for understanding.
